Ramin Khoshatefeh, President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Khoshatefeh is a visionary and energetic leader, creating rapid growth and success for many businesses since 1983. He is a pioneer in the fields of bar coding, labeling, and automatic data capture and the author and creator of “Principles of Zero Defect Labeling”.

In addition to his role as CEO of ISD Technology Group, Mr. Khoshatefeh is on the board of several companies. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Khoshatefeh has earned a reputation as a thought leader with domain expertise in many areas of business and technology. He has successfully applied his business experiences and creative practices while executing strategic plans for many rapidly growing cutting edge companies. His areas of expertise are in global branding and labeling, regulatory compliance, process management and optimization, logistics, enterprise resource planning, marketing and sales. His talent has been instrumental in maximizing the bottom line for many clients throughout the world.

Mr. Khoshatefeh is in constant demand as a speaker, active in many associations, and frequently contributes articles to leading business publications. His wealth of knowledge and indispensable foresight has developed some of the industry’s most valuable strategies for business improvement.

Mr. Khoshatefeh is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research.

Kenneth Legault, VP, Sales

Ken Legault oversees sales and business development for enLabel Global Services Life Sciences division. As one of the original members of enLabel, Ken has been instrumental in rapidly expanding our footprint within the global life science packaging marketplace.

Ken has over 10 years experience in providing enterprise software and process driven solutions to the medical device, biologics, and pharmaceutical industries. His expertise is in helping clients optimize their practices for product labeling, packaging, execution and delivery to market. Ken is a frequent participant in regulatory groups, such as AdvaMed, RAPS, and MassMedic, and serves as enLabel’s liaison to US and EU regulatory bodies including the FDA, GS1, and the Global Harmonization Task Force.

Ken holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Jeff Kim, VP. Consulting Services

Jeff Kim provides vision and strategy for the growth and development of enLabel's professional services team. He is responsible for managing enLabel's pre-sales systems engineering, training, and consulting services staff. Jeff also provides vital input in shaping enLabel ’s product strategy in the global marketplace.

Jeff brings over fifteen years of experience in business management, including more than ten years in IT and professional services management to his position at enLabel Global Services. Jeff has successfully managed DLP securities application implementations, complex J2EE applications, and focused solutions for telecommunications, healthcare, utilities, and financial verticals, including project budgeting and forecasting. He has a proven record of success in realizing operational excellence and superior consulting services.

Jeff's dedication to providing superior customer service, support, quality and training, along with his extensive experience in strategic planning and implementation allow him to lead the professional services team in providing enLabel's advanced capabilities to global clients.

Jeff holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Ball State University in Muncie, IN and an MBA from St. Martins College in Lacey, WA.
