Director of Marketing

The successful candidate for the Director of Marketing and communications role must be a highly self-motivated individual, with the ability to execute quickly, efficiently and effectively in an emerging early stage company with limited resources. They must be highly skilled in office productivity and marketing tools, and the use of the internet for research and promotion.
They must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are excellent at creating and delivering presentations to executive audiences, relationship building with external influencer like market research analyst community, trade publications and industry pundits, have experience and expertise in developing product marketing materials, competitive analysis, redefining over all creative and messaging, and website development.
Core Job Responsibilities

Identify marketing objectives for expanding IPM sales into new markets

Define value proposition and overall messaging for entry into new markets

Create strategic marketing plan to support sales goals

Work closely with sales organization to deploy, analyze, and adapt tactical marketing programs

Create and deliver presentations to executive audiences

Build relationships with external influencers such as the market research analyst community, trade publications and industry pundits

Write white papers and case studies

Master’s Degree in a related field or MBA is required |
