We are seeking an administrative person to support all departments in a growing company to ensure continuity in the daily functions. Candidate must be a self-starter, organized, flexible, and have a positive personality. Candidate should reside in or around Southeastern Mass and have at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management.
Core Job Responsibilities

Opening the office.& maintaining a professional, neat & presentable environment.

Managing & answering the phone and voice mail systems.

Participating in Operations and HR tasks as assigned by Operations and HR department

Making travel and lodging arrangements while managing to keep costs low.

Sending and sorting faxes and mail, FEDEX and UPS.

Managing office supplies & ordering supplies while getting competitive pricing to keep costs down

Maintaining supply vendor relationships & negotiating pricing.

Maintaining documents.& the corporate handbook.

Running ads, setting up Meet & Greet and follow up interviews.

New employee greeting, orientation and training.

Filing and Organizing.
-
Marketing & sales support.
-
Making calls to prospects for invitations and arranging meetings.

Creating presentations and spread sheets.
-
Setting up visits, conference calls and WebEx meetings.

Planning/organizing team building events/company events.
