Account Manager

This is a highly visible role in a rapidly growing company that requires the ability to deliver results by managing and growing existing clients through a consultative solution selling approach.

Core Job Responsibilities:
- Manage named accounts for retention and growth.
- Address all issues pertaining to clients and prospects challenges.
- Manage day to day interactions and ongoing relationship with clients.
- Support marketing initiatives.
- Cooperate and collaborate closely with the other enLabel teams.
- Own and manage RFP responses.
- Develop client proposals.
- Generate revenue from existing accounts (making calls and contacts.
- Present and demo enLabel solutions to clients.
- Manage technical projects and client facing deployments.
- Lead account strategy sessions.
- Team with Professional Services, Product Development and Marketing to identify opportunities to enhance service and product offerings for existing, new and future customers.
- Document and provide customer feedback to Marketing and Product Development as input to future releases.
- Travel 30% + or as required.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education
Experience
- Proven record of quota achievement in selling enterprise level software and services solutions,
- Expertise with MS Office products, proficiency with ERP, workflow, document management, packaging, and other enterprise solutions.
- Consultative sales experience in the Life Sciences industry as well as knowledge, experience, and expertise in selling to FDA/OSHA regulated companies are a plus.
- Experience selling systems for: SAP, Oracle, PTC, Big 4 consulting, or any large enterprise software and services company. is a plus.
- Technical software project management and selling background desired
- 5-7 years experience in a small to medium sized software, pharmaceutical or medical device company, including 2-3 years of direct sales experience.
- Highly motivated, results driven and hands on individual that thrives on in a direct sales environment.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, follow through and ability to execute.
